Return & Refund Policy
As all products are made to order we will not be able to accept returns unless the product(s) is defective or wrong. Check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. Within 7 natural days of product receipt, if you think that any products that we supplied are defective, then please contact us at email sales@hangways.com to issue return request.
Please provide the order number and picture of the wrong product and send it to the mailbox for review.
If it is confirmed that it is a product quality problem, we will issue a refund within 5 working days.There is no handling fee for returns.
The return address will be provided by mail after submission.
We shall inspect the products and if we agree with you that the product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product ,or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take).
One-Year Warranty
We provide a limited warranty for physical goods purchased from www.hangways.com. The warranty period is 365 days from the postmarked date of receiving the products.
During the warranty period, Hangways will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective under normal use and maintenance. This warranty does NOT cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunction or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at sales@hangways.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
RETURNSÂ IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS
WRONG SIZE:
Please ensure you use a metal tape measure to prevent errors in measuring. Non metal tape measures can stretch so they should not be used for measuring curtains.
In the rare case that you receive the curtain and the size is incorrect, we will arrange the re-production or resizing of the curtain. The re-production or readjustment of curtains will be determined by Hangways. Hangways will bear the cost of receiving the goods.
THE SIZE OF THE CURTAIN NEEDS TO BE CHANGED DURING DELIVERY:
Please chose and measure your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind once order executed.
WRONGÂ COLOR:
Color may vary from the picture due to variations in your monitor, lighting and batch colors. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for color variation.

DESIGN,LACE AND EXTRAS:
Some design features of a curtain like lace and texture may show differently in a picture than what you expect. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for fabric being different than you expected.
RETURN SHIPPING POSTAGE
In this condition, Hangways will be responsible for all return shipping fees, we will refund full.
Note: Buyer is required to provide product picture to verify.

We will refund you using the same method you originally used to purchase the goods.

The following reasons do not qualify for free return shipping
â‘ Misunderstood the image of the product.(Require the product to provide features that are not available)
②The item do not fit properly but were made accurately.(Not the color you wanted)

Tolerance size within +/-2inch is treated as industry acceptable.(We will refund the difference in the missing size.But we will not accept re-sent curtains)
The above situation requires the buyer to bear the return shipping cost.
The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
